The course comprises two parts. The first part, ISTQB Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst, provides you with the knowledge and skills needed to analyze the system’s internal structure and to conduct testing which matches up to the quality level required. This is the more theoretical part where you in more detail will learn how to apply different structural test design techniques to achieve, for example, multiple condition or path coverage. Non-functional aspects such as reliability and performance will be discussed as well as technical security. Other important aspects are review of code and architecture. This course prepares you for the ISTQB Advanced Technical Test Analyst certification, which is included in the price.
The second part, Test Automation, provides insight and ideas into the development of automated test environments and test frameworks. You will have great opportunities to practice scenarios for different industries and systems. This part of the course is very hands on and you will learn and practice how you can automate test on different levels, i.e. on unit, API or GUI level. General requirements and needs together with different challenges will be covered to be able the select the most appropriate approach and which tests to automate. After the course you are well-prepared to take on interesting assignments in technical testing.

Who should attend?
The course is suitable if you are a Tester with experience from development or an Applications Developer. Maybe you already work with non-functional or automated testing and wish to develop your analytical skills.
Level and prerequisites:
To be able to make use of the course and to be able to write the ISTQB Technical Test Analyst certification (optional but included in the price) you need the ISTQB Foundation certificate. It is also highly recommended that you are familiar with programming.
All participants must bring their own laptops to this course.
The classes are held every day, for five consecutive days, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
The course can be paid in two instalments.
